Mardi Gras Petite Parade

My favorite event to photograph in Colorado is the Mardi Gras Petite Parade. It features a run way contest with contestants in costumes that pull a shoe box float down a narrow alley. There’s also plenty of circus performers like acrobats, jugglers and angels on stilts. A New Orleans Brass Band adds some high energy music. The event ends with a small parade around the block.
